We had my official book launch yesterday afternoon. It was lots of fun and my family and I felt very blessed. I don't have any photos just yet but will share some with you as soon as I get them.

Let me just say that we started planning the launch 6 months ago! It has been a long road full of ups and downs and mixed emotions. I said a few words at the launch and got a bit teary! As much as I resented the tears at the time, I think they came from feeling absolutely blessed. My dream is to write and speak for Jesus and here it is and I can't tell you how blessed and honoured I am.

I am so thankful that my mum introduced me to Jesus all those years ago. I'm so glad she took me to Sunday School and Christian programs. I'm so glad she's been my friend and has let me talk and share and ask and talk some more. Thanking her yesterday was really a special moment but then the tears really flowed!

The launch itself was great. All those months of organising came together well. We sold a few books, had some yummy afternoon tea, caught up with lots of people - new friends and old and generally had a nice afternoon.

I have the week off this week to do some more promoting, speak at a few women's groups and to try to relax a bit!! I'll pop in here as much as I can, I'll be back with something more spiritual next time!
