One of the things I love about having a blog is the opportunity to review and share books and websites/blogs that I come across and find a real encouragement.
Just this week I came across a blog called 'Real Hurts, Real Hope'. The blog author is Lucy Ann Moll who is an author, speaker and Christian Counsellor from the USA. I admit I haven't had a heap of time to read all her entries but what I've read I've found a blessing. Lucy writes in a friendly, easy to read manner and her content is interesting and I believe Biblically sound. As she is a counsellor, she gives really spot on insights as well as useful advice to problems we may face as women in todays world.
Lucy also has a general website which details a little more about her life and ministry. You can purchase Lucy's books and other products from her online shop. I purchased an e-book by Lucy called, 'Crush your Food Idol' for just $7 USD (about $8.05 AUD). She also emailed an e-book called, "You are Beautiful! Looking at You the Way Jesus Does."
Both books are fantastic for women like me who struggle to be content and happy with our self image/worth. I recommend these e-books for you or a friend. Check out Lucy's site and blog for more 'real' encouragement.
