I've been thinking a lot about the devastating news coming from Haiti, the sad, sad fact that hundreds of thousands of people have died, homes destroyed, hospitals gone, schools demolished....the devastation is too much to comprehend.
As Christians, at the very least, we can pray but today I want to encourage you to GIVE as well. Click HERE, which will take you to a CNN report that lists all the ways you can help the people of Haiti. There are great Christian organisations closer to home too which have relief funds in place.
The reality is that you and I are rich! No matter how much money is in your bank account right now, you are richer than so many people in the world. Giving just a little money to help others in need should not be such a stretch for us, it should be a joy, an honour.

"And he will answer, 'I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me."
Let us be truly thankful for the blessings we have - our families, our homes, our material wealth and I pray we can be giving people who extend God's love beyond our own lives.......
